Here’s a selection of past third party events:

  • Proceeds donated from a race or class (Jazzercise, yoga, 5K, etc.)
  • Donations from church/synagogue/community organization
  • Ticket sales/donations from performances (vocal cabaret, piano recital, play/musical, etc.)
  • Proceeds from office dress down day/month/year
  • School events (theater performance, Penny Wars, Cash for Cans, etc.)
  • Ticket/raffle sales from happy hour

We are ready to provide you with any any guidance or advice necessary to make your event a success.

Village at Unity Summer Concert Series

The Village at Unity has chosen Gilda's Club Rochester as the evening's local charity for their concert on July 23. Gates open at 6pm and the concert runs from 6:30-8pm. The concert is free to the public but there will be a 50/50 raffle and a portion of the food sales will be donated back to Gildas. We hope to see you there!

3rd Annual Cancer Benefit Hosted by Elks Lodge #24

Elks Lodge #24 invites you to join them for a fundraising event with proceeds benefitting Gilda's Club Rochester on Sunday, July 28 from 1-5pm at their 3525 East Henrietta Rd. location. BBQ, hotdogs and hamburger dinners will be available along with raffle items, 50/50, music and t-shirts! This annual benefit is a great time for families to come out and have a great time while supporting Gilda's!

Pub with a Purpose

There will be two more Pub with a Purpose at Drifters events this August! Join us August 7th and 21st from 5-8pm in Drifters at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown for an after work drink and appetizer or enjoy dinner. 50% of the food and beverage sales will benefit Gilda's Club.
